We fired up the grill to create a taco experience that hits harder than your average street food. “Hasta La Muerte”—Until Death—isn’t just our name, it’s our mantra. Every taco we serve is made with dedication, heat, and soul. Victor and Omar are the crew, the creative force, and the energy behind the truck. From marinating meats to mixing playlist-worthy vibes, they're hands-on in every detail. Our pop-up staff is tight-knit, flavor-obsessed, and all about turning good food into great moments. Everything is made fresh-to-order on the truck. We travel across events, breweries, markets, and festivals, offering a rotating menu of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and occasional surprise specials.
