October Beer Dinner
The October Beer Dinner will feature the following food menu (subject to change). The beer pairings will remain a mystery but of course you can expect some fun brews that are hand-selected for each course.
First Course: Pickled Grape Salad
Second Course: Spaetzle with Maple Glazed Pork Belly
Third Course: Venison loin with grilled radicchio
Dessert: Apple Crisp with toasted coconut
The brewing staff and our new Chef, Tristan Bunker will be discussing the dishes and the pairings. This is a fun interactive way to learn about and taste beer alongside a special menu of food.
Each monthly dinner is limited to 25 individuals. The dinner starts promptly at 6pm with seating starting at 5:45pm.
