Hosted by Steamboat Hot Springs & Michaela Meliss Southard, our skilled Vibrational Sound Therapist, this experience is designed to align your mind, body, and spirit with the fresh energy of the new season.

Embrace the shift into spring with an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at Steamboat Hot Springs Healing Center & Spa. The Spring Equinox is a sacred moment when the sun and moon stand in perfect balance, symbolizing harmony, renewal, and the awakening of new energy. This is a powerful time to realign, set intentions, and welcome the growth of the coming season.

There will be a 5:30 & 7:00 session. Each 60-minute session will immerse you in a meditative soundscape, where crystal singing bowls, flute, chimes, and other sacred instruments create harmonious vibrations to guide you into deep relaxation and inner renewal.
